• Winners!

Thank you to everyone for making this first year of the Windows Project a success. Students read books that gave them insight into how people different from them live their lives. They read about a girl in Pakistan facing an arranged marriage and a Native American boy struggling for a better life off of "the Rez." They read about a homeless girl with a plan for making money to save her family and an African American teenager who gets beaten by a police officer.

We hope that everyone who participated enjoyed themselves and developed empathy and understanding for other people.

We also hope to make this project even bigger and better next year!
